Every blog post, release note, changelog, and doc a customer reads is part of the product — and today it's scattered across tools, manually rewritten per format, and constantly outdated. We're building Kascade to be the one connected system that keeps customer-facing product knowledge always current.

Product knowledge is the product.

Every release note, changelog, doc, and blog post a customer reads is the product — the part they meet after they sign up, and the part that decides whether they stay. Technical SaaS teams have been held back by tools that treat this knowledge as scattered entries in a database. In Kascade, customer-facing product knowledge is the product — and the platform is built to keep it accurate, structured, and current.

Structure is not optional.

A blog post, a release note, and a changelog are not three pieces of writing — they are one change, expressed three ways. When content is unstructured, every format gets rewritten by hand, and every copy drifts. You shouldn’t have to rewrite the same update for every surface. The system should accept one structured input and emit every format, correctly, by default.

Knowledge must stay current with the product.

Outdated docs and stale release notes cost you customers faster than any missing feature. The moment your product ships a change, every surface — blog, docs, changelog — is wrong until it reflects it. Keeping product knowledge current cannot be a quarterly project. It has to be the default behavior of the system that holds it.

We're obsessed with removing complexity. Every feature must justify the cognitive cost it imposes on a busy team shipping every week. A platform that does fewer things brilliantly will always beat one that does everything poorly. We'd rather be opinionated and fast than flexible and slow.

Customers now ask their questions across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and your own docs search — and they expect a current, accurate answer in every one of them. The teams whose product knowledge gets found are the ones whose content is structured, consistent, and kept up to date. We built Kascade for technical teams who want their work to be the answer — wherever the question gets asked.
